I mentioned on Twitter yesterday that R said I may continue building castles in the sky. This was referring to the Red-Appliance-Kitchen I need in our new house!!
New house? Yup, the one we’re going to build over in Eye of Africa as soon as everything falls into place. We found a buyer family for our house and the assessor came to assess the house today. At the moment, it mostly comes down to him and his evaluation of our house.
Eye of Africa is a Golf & Lifestyle Estate just on the other side of Alberton. From what I’ve seen it seems very much geared towards families. They planned a ton of parks and public areas throughout the estate. It so happens that our house will be right opposite one of these parks – ideal for the boys and some running space. It helps that R is an avid golfer too. Although we’ll probably see him even less then 
We’ve already looked at possible schools in the area and I think we found the one. Now we just need to pull ourselves towards ourselves and apply for A1 for Grade R next year. Wow! My big boy really is getting big – Grade R!! I think I’ll keep A2 with me next year still and will then start looking at play-school for him the next year.
I am very very excited about this big move in our lives. Hopefully this will be the house the boys will grow up in and call their childhood home. (Even if it doesn’t have a Red-Appliance-Kitchen…)
